How your clients can apply for an Exchange Bond^®

We make it as easy as possible for your clients to apply for an Exchange Bond^®.

If you are a member of our intermediary panel, then you can use a special secure login to start the application for them.

Otherwise, the process is:

• The client obtains an indicative quote via e-mail using our 'Quick Quote' system. Clients without e-mail should contact us.
• The client then completes an Exchange Bond^® application form and sends it to us with the application fee.
• We conduct a credit review and within 48 hours confirm the premium (the price of the Exchange Bond^®) and send your client an agreement.
• The client and their legal adviser both sign the agreement and then return it to us with the premium.
• We issue an Exchange Bond^® certificate ready for use at exchange of contracts.

These steps normally have to be completed within the reservation period.
